Random: I take pictures

I walk around.
I see things.
I take pictures.
I post them.

This is a new feature I call "Random".
Every day, I will post a cellphone picture I took.
It will always be a picture taken with my Amp'd Motorola RAZR.
Sometimes, I'll talk about where I took the picture and what it is.
Sometimes, I won't.

Today's picture:



Taken last night at Sepulveda and Venice in Culver City/Mar Vista.
7-11 turned into a Kwik-E-Mart for upcoming "Simpsons" movie promotion.
People were lining up to buy boxes of "Krustie-Os" cereal.
The inside of the store was pasted with Kwik-E-Mart signs and warnings.
The parking sign said "5 minute parking or die" or something like that.
Tee-hee.


Edit: a little bit of Web research indicates that this is the ONLY Los Angeles location to be turned into a Kwik-E-Mart.
Also, the promotion will last a whole month, so I have time to go back and grab something or other. Or not.
I'm not exactly a fan of "The Simpsons".
I know, shock, horror.


Edit Part Deux: Okay, so I guess Burbank is not part of Los Angeles, because there's a Kwik-E-Mart up there too.
