So today, I went to Westwood Village. I grabbed the bus and headed in.
I had a craving for a nice Double-Double at In-N-Out, and the one in Westwood is the closest one to the Kzinti Freehold.
I got off at Weyburn and walked West, toward the Bruin and Fox theaters, and towards the In-N-Out.
Little did I know that there was some brouhaha in that direction.
Or rather, some funny bee-siness!
It looks like the premiere of "Bee Movie", that CGI thing with Jerry Seinfeld, was taking place tonight.
The Fox and the Bruin were both decked out for the occasion.
Here are photos from left to right.
The Fox Westwood Village theater:

The street between the two theaters (Broxton):

And the Bruin theater itself;

There was no red carpet for this event! If you look closely, you can see the Striped Carpet! HAR!
Lots of security and techs running around, prepping things. I don't know if people had already showed up or not.
Though I think they were already inside and watching the film because all these limos were parked on the street:

The Fox theater has a lovely spire, so I made sure to take a photo of that.
I took 4 photos and I think this one came out best:

You can see the lovely blue twilight sky and the hardworking blask-shirted security guys.
So there you have it.
Eventhough I have no interest in the film, I figured others would be curious.
And those two old Westwood theaters are nice to look at, especially the Fox.
