En Attendant Joel...

Dear LJ brain-trust,

Can anyone recommend a place that can take our Hi8 videotapes and generate some DVDs out of them?
I found an online service that does it for cheap, but you have to mail them the tapes.
Since they're magnetic and all, I'd rather go somewhere local and hand-deliver the tapes.
I'm in the Westside of L.A.: Mar Vista, Culver City, West L.A., Santa Monica.
I'm gonna poke around online some more and see if I can find something...


The weather has warmed considerably in the past couple of days. Still cold at night, but warmer during the day.


And now is the winter of our discontent, when folks are away at Further Confusion and e-mail and LJ posts dwindle to a trickle.
Oh well, more time for me to put the finishing touches to my third and final post of the Weekend Report, with spooky Magic Castle action!
There will be a photo or two too!


In my copious spare time (HAR!), the sibling has me working on our website, sprucing it up and adding to it.
Since "Angel-A" is finally being released in the US in March, the website has to look nice and stuff.
