Adult Film Producer Indicted On Obscenity Charges

Now, correct me if I'm wrong but, isn't indicting a porn movie producer for obscenity a bit
like going into a bar and arresting drunk people? (Which, by the way, has actually happened)
I mean, of course it's obscene! IT'S PORN!!

That said, it looks like the case involves Florida law going after a California producer for
mailing obscene material (by Florida definitions) to what are probably paying customers.
Interstate commerce, oh boy.

I hope Florida lawhounds never look at Amp'd Mobile TV programming, 'cause we have both
a Playboy AND a Girls Gone Wild channel! OH NOEZ!!!
