According to my calendar, it's listed as "Civic Day" but it's not a national holiday in Canada. It's more a regional one, and since Toronto is one of those regions that does celebrate it... kinda like New Orleans and having Mardi Gras off as a legal holiday. Ah well, still enjoy the day.
