Ah, okay, I didn't know the procedure was called "louche".
"Louche" means either "ladle" or "being cross-eyed" or "suspicious".
So imagine my confusion.
I have had Pastis, which is Absinthe Lite and popular in Southern France.
It's yellowish clear and turns milky white when mixed with water and ice cubes.

US-centric? Mon derrière! That list is so Western Euro, it's not funny!
Apparently, UK market chain Tesco is overflowing with Krispy Kremes!
I tried KKs a couple of times but they're way too sweet and have too much frosting.
I dig buttermilk bars and old-fashioneds anyway.
