Well, I usually eat Portlock smoked salmon from Washington State.
Trader Joe's sells it and it's pretty good.
My brother and I eat it on toasted bread (baguette or flat Italian buns) with goat cheese,
red onions, little tomatoes on the vine, and we squeeze plenty of lemons over the whole thing.
That's been our dinner a few times.
