Seen for sale at Ralph's supermarket:

Close-up of the bottom text:

I also photographed the back, but it's very blurry.
Here's a description of what's on the back, with actual copy from the packaging:
"THE NEUTRALIZER(tm)
Big protection in a small package.
Three micro-thin layers of rare activated earth elements produce our thinnest most effective Neutralizer ever."
(Diagram showing a series of discs stacked on top of each other. From top to bottom:)
(Pretty refractory disc) - "Neutralizer Apex"
(Three stacked discs of what looks like stone/cork) - "Micro-Thin Layers Of Activated Rare Earth Elements"
(A yellow-red disc) - "Bonding Agent"
(A white disc) - "Pressure Sensitive Backing"
(Phoney "Scientifically Proven" seal on front is also printed on back, next to diagram.)
(Very small print under the diagram:)
"These statements have not been evaluated by the FDA.
This product is not intended to treat, cure or prevent any disease."
Snake oil for the modern age.
