Random: Duck And Cover

We're gonna do something a lil' different for this Random.
We're gonna play a game.
Let's look at the picture first:

This was snapped today on the bus.
This handicapped gentleman is reading a government pamphlet with great interest.
The pamphlet is called "Citizen Involvement In Homeland Security", as seen in the close-up in the upper-left corner.
Here's the game we're gonna play:

Come up with what you think it says on that pamphlet.
Make it funny.
Don't be too mean.
Otherwise, papa spank!! :D

"The most essential element of Homeland Security is to be certain that ALL super-powered citizens are registered under the Superhero Registration Act. If you have superhuman abilities, whether natural or artificial, it is your duty to register those abilities and serve your country as needed. As soon as possible, go to Stark Towers in New York City and ask to speak to the Superhero Registration Director."

"Shoes for industry! Shoes for the dead! Shoes for industry!

Hi. I'm Joe Beets. Say, what chance does today's returning deceased war
veteran have for that high-paying job, more sugar, and the free mule
you've been dreaming of? Well, think it over. Then take off your shoes.
Now you can see how increased spending opportunities mean harder work
for everyone, and more of it, too! So do your part today, Joe. Join with
millions of your neighbors and turn in your shoes!

For industry!"

maybe it's just my cynicism after the airport but..

You know, the only alternative to making truly mean comments I can come up with might be referencing Logan's Run.
