Y Is For Yoko

I saw "V For Vendetta" last weekend. The weekend before this weekend just past.
The sibling and I enjoyed it a lot. I have the graphic novel, and I last read it about 10 years ago,
so I don't quite remember all the details. The movie seemed to have all the important bits in it.
And everyone turned in some excellent performances. Stephen Fry is terribly droll.

The lovely lady currently adorning my LJ is Yoko Tsuno, a childhood sweetheart of sorts.
She's the heroine of her own graphic novels, penned and drawn by French artist Roger Leloup.
I read many of her books when I was a Kzintten back in France.
And I have recently realized that she's the reason I was doomed to fall in love with ElfQuest.
