Disney's Hollywood Studios (formerly Disney-MGM Studios) is the third park built at Walt Disney World in Florida.
Every year they host a number of Star Wars Weekends.
The actual location for this appears to be, surprisingly enough, right near Star Tours- I can see bits of the outside queue area behind the bunker set piece. There's enough room there for performances such as this. In fact, a parade also goes through there once daily.
