Funnily enough, a South African on my friendslist complained about this being an excessively American list on account of the USAn branded foods like McDonald's and Krispy Kreme. But most Americans don't get "Clotted Cream Tea" at all. That's not a dish, that's a meal, with tea and scones with clotted cream. OMG good but you might as well just inject in my arteries and get it over with. Sigh.
