Nah nah nah, it's not quite that simple. I put a little bit of noodle in it but mostly it's an Italian sausage with a side order of extra marinara with some dill and brown sugar mixed in, extra onions, and extra bell peppers. Put it in a hotdog bun and melt some mozerella and boomo. It could also be considered a possible Italian Sloppy Joe.
