It's not "or", it's "and".

I was talking about game localization with a game producer not too long ago,
and he mentioned that games for the Asian market were streamlined so most
functions could be performed with just one hand, working the mouse.
Why?
Because in the gamer's other hand, there is a CIGARETTE.
