Went to the L.A. Auto Show on Sunday.

Watched a pair of movies from Netflix:
"The Adventures Of Priscilla: Queen Of The Desert"
Oh my freakin' god...
I can't believe what I just saw.
Hugo Weaving, Terence Stamp and Guy Pearce.
Dressed in drag and bitching like old queens.
It was like an Australian version of "La Cage Aux Folles" ("The Birdcage").
And after seeing Stamp in "The Limey" as an ultra-hard ax-con, and Weaving as Agent Smith and Lord Elrond,
and Pearce as the guy in "Time Machine", I just about laughed through the entire movie!!
Now I see what all the fuss is about.
A must-see!!!

"Out Of Time": Denzel Washington, Eva Mendes, Dr. Phlox, Sanaa (HOT!) Lathan, Dean Cain.
This one starts all slow and loungey and steamy, but it picks up pretty fast.
Washington stars as the chief of police of a small Florida Keys town who's having an affair with the totally hot
wife of the local football hero (ex-"Lois And Clark" Clark: Dean Cain, looking a little on the "Evil Spock" side).
One day, he goes with her to see her doctor, who tells her she has cancer and only 6 months to live. They talk about
treatment and money, and she decides to make our boy Denzel the sole beneficiary of her life policy. And more stuff
happens and money changes hands and her house burns down with her and Clark-Boy apparently in it and an investigation
is launched and it starts pointing towards the chief, who does his best to redirect the investigation away from.
It's a pretty taunt thriller with lots of twists and turns. I enjoyed the heck out of it.
Good music too. And Sanaa Lathan is just one totally hot mama!
