Hi there!

When we last left our Hero, he was stranded at work by a malfunctioning sibling unit.
He was getting desperate, as he still couldn't reach said brother by phone: line was still busy.
He tried making an emergency call to the number, but was unable to do so due to some inane/insane billing
requirement. It was only a $1.25 charge, but it couldn't be billed to the number being called, or to the
cellphone he was using to call. Or to Amp'd's lobby phone. Or to a credit card.
What could it be billed to? An AT&T calling card (they still make those!?!?), or an unrestricted land line.
Hmmmmmmmm, yeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaah......

When 11:40 rolled around, he decided to have a guard call a taxi.
He called home one more time, just for the heck of it, and GOT THROUGH!

Yes, the sibling was home. He was waiting for the Kzin's call to come pick him up.
The line was busy because some doofus turned on the speakerphone on the base station, and left it on.
Hmmmmmmmm, yeeeeeeeeeaaaaaaah......

Anyway, taxi was canceled and sibling came over. Fun.
That was Saturday Night.


Sunday went a little more smoothly.
I went in to work at noon, had lunch with the only coworker there at a pizza place (salad and slices).
I forgot to tape the Oscars. I knocked off at 9pm, the brother was on time for the pick-up.
We went home, changed, and hit a Drum'N'Bass club in Hollywood. More bass than one can comfortably take.
The club is "Samurai", every Sunday Night at the Tokio Bar (on Cahuenga, between Selma and Hollywood).
We didn't get home too late, as I had to go to work the next day.


Still no Internet at home. I ordered Comcast Cable 'Net and I should have it this Saturday.
Got so much work to do on the website and other things.

And now, LUNCH!
